Policies

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but if a product becomes damaged, it is free of cost to be fixed as long as the customer provides shipping costs. You must reach out through the contact information and provide a detailed explanation of the problem as well as send a photo or two. Some items may not be as easily fixable and that must be expected going into an inquiry. If there is an outstanding issue, please go to the contacts page and reach out. Situations will be considered on a case by case basis.

PACKAGES

All packages are shipped out within one week of ordering (excluding customs). Depending on location, most items arrive in 3-5 business days. This may vary.

MISSING PACKAGES

Once shipped, the package is no longer the shop's responsibility. Tracking will always be included. However, The Peculiar Pisces always tries to find the best solution for their customers, you are always welcome to reach out personally and see if there is a compromise that can be done should the postal system cause issues. 

PACKAGING

Please note that packaging is subject to the occasional pet hair or two as this one-woman shop is owned by the mommy of two kitties.

CUSTOMS

For custom products, inquire through the contact information page or social media. A 50% deposit is required. Customs take up to 2 weeks to complete before being shipped.
